Tactiq allows you to capture and share screenshots during Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams meetings. Screenshots are automatically saved in the meeting transcript for later reference, helping you document important visuals and share insights with team members who missed the meeting.

Note: Make sure you're logged into Tactiq to capture screenshots.

Capturing a screenshot

  • Join a meeting and open the Tactiq widget.

  • Click the Screenshot button.

If you no longer need a screenshot, you can delete it by clicking the trash bin icon next to the screenshot in the Tactiq widget. Once you delete a screenshot, it cannot be recovered, so keep that in mind before proceeding.

Sharing a screenshot

After capturing a screenshot:

  • Tactiq automatically saves it in the meeting transcript. You can view the screenshot on the transcript page and in the Tactiq widget.

  • To share, copy the link to the meeting, and the screenshots will be accessible through that link.
