How to move your Tactiq subscription to another account

Learn how to transfer your subscription plan from one Tactiq account to another.

When you move your subscription, the target account will take over the plan, and your current account will revert to a free plan.

Prerequisites

  • You must have logged into the target account at least once.

  • The target account cannot have a pending (incomplete) subscription move.

  • If you are a team administrator, assign the administrator role to someone else before requesting a move.

  • If you are on a team plan, your team administrator may need to adjust your role or downgrade your seat before the subscription can be moved.

How to request a subscription move

  • Go to Account & Settings > Billing.

  • Under Billing actions, click Move the subscription to another account.

  • In the popup window, enter the Target account email.

  • Select Request subscription move.

What happens next

  • The target account will see a prompt to approve the subscription move.

  • Until it is approved, the subscription status will appear as pending in your Billing page.

  • Either the source or target account can cancel the request at any time before approval.

  • After the target account approves, the subscription move will be processed within one business day.

  • The target account will receive an email once the transfer is complete.

📌 Notes:

  • It may take up to 1 business day for the subscription move to be completed.

  • You can cancel the move at any stage before the target account accepts the request.

  • If you also need to move your meetings, that must be done separately.
