You have the option to set how long should transcript of your team stay in Tactiq before they are deleted. This is handy if you want transcription deleted automatically after a specified time period.
Note: Only Admin can manage this setting on an Enterprise Plan.
Here's how to set your data retention rules:
Once you're on the Team's settings, scroll to the section,
Use default data retention settings
Keep the toggle on to use the default retention period or turn the toggle off and
Use custom retention period
between 6 and 60 months for your transcriptions before they are automatically deleted.
Note: Retention periods are based on the last modified date. For example: If you implement a 6-month retention policy, transcription will be removed 6 months following their last modification date.
