Overview

Tactiq’s Upcoming Meetings feature shows your scheduled Google Meet events directly inside your dashboard, so you can prepare ahead of time.

From this section, you can open any upcoming meeting and create a structured agenda before it starts. Your agenda will then automatically appear inside the Tactiq extension (Under notes) during the meeting, helping you stay on track without switching tabs.

Find Your Upcoming Meetings

When you open the My Meetings page, you’ll see an Upcoming Meetings section at the top.

(make it a static image -> Removing all sensitvie email address here)

This section displays your upcoming Google Meet events, grouped by date. Each meeting shows details such as the title, time, participants, and whether it is recurring.

You can:

  • Expand or collapse the section using the header

  • Click Show more to load additional meetings (up to 50)

Create and Manage Your Agenda

Click on any upcoming meeting to open the preparation view.

You’ll see:

  • An agenda editor on the left

  • Meeting details on the right (date, time, attendees, meeting link)

You can build your agenda by adding topics as individual line items, or use Generate Agenda to get suggested topics automatically. You can also click Generate Summary to pull key points from a previous meeting.

Editing your agenda

  • Click + Add topic or press Enter to add a new item

  • Click the × icon to remove a topic

  • Drag and drop topics to reorder them

Your changes are saved automatically as you edit.

During the Meeting

Once you join your Google Meet session, Tactiq will automatically detect the meeting and display your prepared agenda inside the extension.

There’s no need to manually load anything. Your talking points will be visible throughout the meeting.

FAQ

Do I need to enable anything for the agenda to appear?

Yes. You’ll need to make sure your Google Calendar is connected to Tactiq.

Once your calendar is connected, and your agenda is created with the Tactiq extension installed, it will automatically appear during your Google Meet session.

Can I share my agenda with others?

Your agenda is currently private and only visible to you.

Why don’t I see my upcoming meeting?

Make sure:

  • Your Google Calendar is connected

  • The event includes a Google Meet link

  • The meeting is scheduled within the next 14 days

You can connect your calendar via Settings Integrations.
