Once connected, you can ask Claude to summarise your last call, find a decision someone made three weeks ago, draft a follow-up email from the action items, or prep for your next 1:1 — without leaving the conversation.
Tactiq runs as a custom connector in Claude.

What you can ask Claude
Find a meeting
"Search Tactiq for my meetings about the Q1 roadmap."
"Find my calls with the design team from last month."
Get a summary
"Summarise my last Tactiq meeting."
"What were the key decisions from yesterday's call with David?"
Pull out action items
"What action items came out of this week's standup?"
"What did I commit to in the leadership meeting on Tuesday?"
Turn a meeting into something
"Take the action items from my last engineering call and draft a Slack update."
"Write a follow-up email based on the customer call where they mentioned billing problems."
Coaching and 1:1s
"Find my 1:1 with [name] from last week and pull out any commitments they made."
"Compare my last three 1:1s with [name] — what themes keep coming up?"
"Prep me for my 1:1 with [name] tomorrow — what did we cover last time and what's still open?"
Go further with skills
Connectors give Claude access to your data. Skills tell Claude what to do with it.
A skill is a saved set of instructions you'd otherwise type at the start of every conversation. Build one for Tactiq and you skip the setup every time — Claude already knows your workflow, which connector to use, and what format you want back.
Why they're worth building:
You stop repeating context ("use Tactiq", "give me bullet points", "focus on action items")
A multi-step workflow becomes a one-tap conversation starter
You can stack connectors — a skill can pull from Tactiq and your calendar and Notion in one prompt
On Team plans, skills can be shared so your whole team works the same way
How to create a Tactiq skill:
Go to Customize → Skills in Claude
Click + to create a new skill
Give it a name and write your instructions
Example skills to get started:
Skill name | Instructions to paste in |
After-meeting | I just got out of a meeting. Find my most recent Tactiq meeting, summarise the key decisions and action items, then ask if I want to turn any of them into a follow-up email. |
Weekly catch-up | Use Tactiq to find all my meetings from this week. Give me a brief summary of each and a combined list of open action items. |
1:1 prep | Search Tactiq for past 1:1s with [name]. Summarise what we covered last time, list any open commitments, and suggest two or three things worth discussing next. |
Good to know
Summaries require a paid Tactiq plan. On the free Tactiq plan, Claude can find your meetings but can't read the summary content. Upgrade in Tactiq to unlock the full experience.
Shared meetings are included. If a teammate ran a meeting and shared it with you (or it's in a shared space), Claude can find it. The same access rules as Tactiq itself apply.
New meetings need a moment. If you ask about a call that just ended, Tactiq may still be generating the summary. Claude will let you know and check back — give it a minute.
Don't include yourself in "meetings with…" searches. Every meeting in your Tactiq already includes you. Say "meetings with Sarah" — not "meetings with me and Sarah."
Setting it up for your whole team (Team & Enterprise)
Workspace Owners can add Tactiq once so members don't need to enter the URL themselves.
Go to Organization settings → Connectors in Claude
Click Add → Custom → Web
Enter
https://mcp.tactiq.ioand click Add
Once added, each member goes to Customize → Connectors and clicks Connect to link their own Tactiq account.
