See everything a repeating meeting has produced, ask across the group, and automate what happens to each new one.
📌 Note: Workflows are still the right tool when you need conditions, branching, or steps that run in sequence. This is the simpler setup when you just want the same summary in the same place every week.
What a recurring meeting group is
Tactiq groups your recurring meetings when it detects the same meeting recurring, based on your meeting link.
This means you get one place to catch up on a weekly one-on-one or a fortnightly project sync.
Before you start
Connect your Google Calendar. Go to
Account & Settings→Integrations→Google Calendarand clickConnect. See How to install Tactiq for Google Calendar.
Open a recurring meeting group
Go to My Meetings → Recurring in the left sidebar.
Browse the list of recurring groups.
Click a group to open it.
Switch between Digest and List for a different view
Use the layout dropdown at the top left of the feed to choose how much of each meeting to show:
Digest shows each meeting as a heading with the documents it generated underneath.
List shows a compact row per meeting with checkboxes and bulk actions.
Automate new meeting updates
Pick a prompt once, and Tactiq runs it on every new meeting in the series and sends the result to where your team works.
From a meeting page
Find the Automate new meeting updates card in the right-hand column.
Click Set up.
From your recurring meetings list
Find the meeting group in the list.
Click Automate on the right. Groups that already have an automation show Automated instead.
Then, in the dialog
Under Choose an update, select a prompt. For example, a detailed summary or action items. Team AI prompts appear in the same list. Choosing one means everyone in the series gets the same format, and updating the prompt updates every automation using it.
Under Choose destinations, click Configure to pick where the update should go. Updates post to the meeting page by default.
Leave Enable for new meetings on so the automation runs on each new meeting in the series.
Click Create automation.
To change it later, click Edit on the same card.
If the automation is paused, the card shows a Disabled badge next to the destinations. To turn back on, toggle Enable for new meetings in the "Automate meeting updates" card.
Ask a question across the whole group
Use the Ask about field at the top of the page to ask about the group instead of a single meeting.
Include a time range in your question so Tactiq knows how far back to look.
What decisions have we made in this meeting over the last month?
How has our thinking on pricing changed since July?
What action items have carried over from meeting to meeting without being closed?
FAQ
Why is a meeting missing from the group?
Tactiq groups meetings by their meeting link, so a one-off meeting, a meeting booked with a different link, or a meeting that kept the default Meeting Transcription title won't be pulled into a group.
Does the automation run on past meetings?
No. It runs on new meetings in the group from the point you set it up.
