With Tactiq Chrome Extension you can download the transcript manually from the Extension, just follow these steps.
Find Tactiq Icon
On Chrome and Edge, we’re in the top right corner
If you know Tactiq is installed and enabled for your browser, but still don't see Tactiq on your toolbar it means Chrome has put it in the puzzle icon. Pin it to make the Tactiq button visible on your browser:
Click on the Extensions icon (it looks like a puzzle piece) in the upper right-hand corner of your toolbar.
Click the pin button to "pin" the Tactiq extension to the toolbar.
Voila! Now you’ll see the Tactiq icon.
Download the unsaved transcript from the extension
Now click on the Tactiq logo in your browser and you'll see the button with unsaved transcripts
When you click on it you'll see a list of unsaved meetings
Select "Save" or "Download as a TXT file" button next to the transcript.
That's it! Now the transcript is downloaded as a text file or is saved in Tactiq App.
