Downloading a meeting transcript is helpful for sharing meeting details, keeping records, or reviewing discussions offline. You can quickly download your transcript to a PDF or text file with just a few clicks.

Steps to download a transcript

To download a transcript, go to the transcript page and choose one of the download options at the top:

  • Export to PDF

  • Export to TXT

Clicking either button will start downloading the file to your device.

The image shows a Tactiq meeting transcript page with the Export button located on the upper right-hand side, next to the Add to Space button. Clicking Export reveals options to Export to PDF or Export to TXT.

What the downloaded file includes

The exported file, whether PDF or text, contains the following information:

  • Meeting name, date, and duration

  • Speaker names

  • Highlights (if any)

  • The full transcript of the meeting

Note: The PDF version also includes a clickable link that takes you to the original transcript on the Tactiq page.
