To use Tactiq with Zoom, make sure:
You're signed in to your Tactiq account
You join Zoom meetings using the web browser, not the desktop app
Automated captions
is enabled in your Zoom settings
How to enable Zoom settings for Tactiq
Tactiq only needs one Zoom setting enabled to work correctly:
Go to your Zoom settings

, turn onAutomated captions
💡Note: Tactiq works only with Zoom meetings joined in a web browser, not the desktop client.
How to allow captioning as the meeting host
If you're the host, you need to allow closed captioning:

Host Caption Control Settings
Turn on
Allow Closed Captioning for this meeting
Optional host setting:
Allow only the host to change the caption language
— Enable this if you want to prevent participants from switching languages
