Before you start
This article is for IT administrators who want to install Tactiq for their users instead of asking each person to install it themselves. If you are installing Tactiq for yourself, see How to install the Tactiq extension.
You will need:
Administrator access to the Google Admin console or Microsoft Intune.
Chrome browser management or device management turned on for the users you want to deploy to.
Tactiq extension IDs
Use these IDs when adding Tactiq to a policy.

Check Chrome Web Store access
If your users see the message "We are sorry, but you do not have access to this service", Chrome Web Store access is turned off for their organizational unit. See this article for how to turn it back on.
Extensions you set to Force install are installed even when the Chrome Web Store is turned off, so this mainly affects users installing Tactiq themselves.
Deploy Tactiq in Microsoft Edge using Intune
Open the Microsoft Intune admin center.
Go to
Devices>Configurationand selectCreate>New policy.Set
PlatformtoWindows 10 and laterormacOS, setProfile typetoSettings catalog, then selectCreate.Give the policy a name, such as

What your users still need to do
Deploying the extension does not create Tactiq accounts. After the extension appears in their browser, each user needs to:
Open Tactiq and sign in with their work account.
Complete the short setup screen, including selecting the meeting platforms they use and granting any additional access Tactiq asks for.
Verify the deployment
On a device, open
chrome://extensionsoredge://extensions.Confirm Tactiq appears and is marked as installed by your administrator.
Open
chrome://policyoredge://policyand confirm the force-install policy has been received. Restart the browser if it has not.
